Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout.

Shipping

Processing time typically ranges from 3–10 business days before shipment.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier and location. Jerk Shirts & Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content associated with Jerk Shirts & Prints are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Jerk Shirts & Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Refund & Return Rules

At Jerk Shirts & Prints, we strive to provide high-quality custom apparel and printed merchandise. Because many of our products are made-to-order, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Minor variations in color due to screen or printing differences

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Jerk Shirts & Prints is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance in filing a claim.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

The product cannot be replaced due to stock or production issues
A duplicate order was placed accidentally and reported within 12 hours
An order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
